キンドルの電子書籍がリアルな書籍の販売数を初めて突破：それを伝えるプレスリリースも熱い

 

これはちょっと気になるデータかも。

Amazonのプレスリリースによると、Kindleが今年の年末商戦の最大の目玉商品になっており、なんと

25日のクリスマスに、Kindle Books（電子書籍）が、初めてリアルな書籍の売り上げを抜いた

そうです。 

残念ながら数字の開示はないものの、素晴らしい結果ですね。

確かにもらった人も読みたい本がないことには仕方がないので購入したのは当然だと思いますし、とくにこの季節に集中したことでリアルな書籍の売り上げを抜く結果につながったのだと思います。

ちなみにこの結果も凄いのですが、もっと凄いのがアマゾンのリリースについている今年の年末商戦に関するFactsheet。事実を分かりやすい形に置き換えることは広報の非常に重要なテクニックの一つですが、ここまでの徹底ぶりは、なんというか広報魂を感じます。
